Tiramisu Delight


Last week Kak Hanim invite ke rumah dia, hehe aktiviti h-wife di waktu petang..it's bake time. Wah xsangka Kak Hanim pon minat bab2 pastry ni, so bole la jd anak didik dia. Masa tu Kak Hanim ajak wat kek Tiramisu, slama ni i ingat susah nak wat, rupanya lagi senang dr kek biasa, xpayah masuk oven pon, sebaliknya masuk dlm freeze..hehe. Senang-senang try la resepi ni, ringkas & cepat, sesuai klu nak wat dessert last2 minute utk tetamu @ utk seisi keluarga...

BAHAN :

Mascarpone Cheese(250 gram)
Whipping Cream(200 gram)
Gula (90gram)
Serbuk Koko / Capuccino
Plain cake (hiris)
Finger Biscuit
Serbuk Nescafe + air
Cocktail fruit/Strawberry/Blueberry

First, masukkan Whipping cream ke dalam mixer & pukul sehingga gebu (krim tu bertukar jd puffy). Then masukkan Mascarpone cheese + gula, mix skali lagi. At the same time sediakan air nescafe (bancuh serbuk nescafe + air) n rendamkan finger biscuit & plain cake ke dalam air nescafe dan susun di dasar bekas kek, ikut kreativiti masing2. So, bla cream da siap sebati, just masukkan ke dalam bekas yg disusun gan kek/biscuit tadi dan ratakan. Kemudian tabur serbuk koko/capuccino diatas kek & lastly susun buah ikut kreativiti anda & masukkan ke dalam freeze..hehe, da siap, mudahkan..its better to serve chill:)

BTW, tis is Cheese cake, pun mudah juga. Ikut cara penyediaan di atas, cuma gantikan Mascarpone Cheese gan Soft Cheese & xperlu tabur serbuk koko:)..

senang ja wat ni, try tau..makan sejuk..sejuk fuhh mmg sedap..kmi yg tgh sejuk pon lagi sedap makan..hehe da xrasa da sejuk, feeling mkn kek ni..hehe

Zul : Mascarpone cheese tu sjenis cream cheese khas utk wat tiramisu (mmg dpt rs real tiramisu dr italy), klu cream cheese tu yg biasa/plain tu cheese biasa, klu kat Msia biasanya dorg guna cream cheese coz mascarpone harga sgt mahal, tp ble juga guna cream cheese cuma rs len ckit la:) sila la try, mudah ja resepi ni:) * i upload pic mascarpone cheese kat atas*

izzah.. mascarpone cheese ni rs ada kat supermarket2 besar, cuma mahal sikit kat Msia. biskut finger lady xpasti, mybe kat kedai2 bakery ada, klu guna plain cake kat supermarket pun ada bhagian roti & kek, selamat mencuba:)
