Peanut Butter Swirl Espresso Blondies


Cepat sungguh masa berlalu, da nak masuk bulan 4... cuaca pun cerah & panas kat luar tu, hrmmm xsabar nak g holiday! Hubby skang tgh sibuk prepare paper untuk conference di Scotland awal April ni, harap semua berjalan dgn lancar.. Aminnnn. Ok, nie resepi dr Ribbon Clown, mmg rugi klu xcuba, credit to u dear:)... actualy da dua kali i wat blondies ni, xcukup la plak wat satu adunan then i potong dpt 8 keping.. dlm umah ni klu kek stakat 8 keping tu skali ngadap je, eheee bkn mamanye sj balun, gan anak plus abahnye skali ngap ....heheheeee. Actualy resepi asal letak nutella, tp i nak try letak crunchy peanut butter, mmg sedappp sangat plus dgn rasa espresso, wangi bau blondies tu:)..


BAHAN :

1 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 large egg, at room temperature
3 1/2 Tablespoons Nutella or Peanut Butter
1 cup warm water + 2 tablespoon espresso (mix)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease an 8 by 8 baking pan and set aside.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and kosher salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl with the paddle attachment (a handheld mixer works fine) mix together the packed light brown sugar, melted unsalted butter and vanilla extract.
Once combined, add in the egg + espresso and mix.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients until almost combined.
Take a spatula and fold the ingredients together.
Evenly spread the blondie batter into the baking pan. Measure out the Nutella/peanut butter. Drop the Nutella/peanut butter on top of the blondie batter. Drop the Nutella/peanut butter in three rows. (three drops in each row)
Swirl the Nutella/peanut butter up and down. Then back and forth.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool and then cut into squares.

sedapkan? i pun buat byk kali haha... nak try letak peanut butter yg crunchy la plak.. mmg br berkira2 nak buat malam ni lagi.. kembang klu tiap2 minggu makan blondies.. =p

aa'h.. mmg kembang da ni rasanya..hahaaa, mmg tip top, try letak crunchy pbutter, bila makan rs crunchy gigit kacang gitue...hehheeee

wahhh tgk pun tau sedap ni...kalau buat sure mkn byk lak dh ler berat dh berkilo2 naik ni....tak pe la singgah mkn sini lah yer mama..hehe

K.Nieza & Noorsha : Sungguh btoi sgt, mmg xberenti, da la lembut pastu bau wangi peanut butter & espresso sgt2 mengancam! Huuuhuu, mlm ni nak wat g, meh2 singgah la makan yea:D.. btw, sila try tau, berbaloi2, lps tu wat xtau jap kat scale tu yea.. nngheeeee

debella litchin : peanut butter tu u letak cam ni, ble bayang x yg '*' adalah peanut butter@nuttela, yg '[]' adalah bekas kek yg telah diletak adunan td, so bila letak peanut butter cam tu, dgn gunakan lidi@ hujung pisau, lakarkan@swirl secara atas, bawah, atas, bawah, then ble bakar, [* * * ]
