Buah Melaka Perantau




Salam Ramadhan semua.. arini nak share lagi satu resepi yg simple & sedap! Lama da tringin nak wat tp slalu g kedai Aseanic nak beli tepung pulut xde stok.. huhu, buah melaka ni kuih wajib ada time posa, all time fav lah! hahaaa... kat sini ada jual gula melaka tp xsesedap cam di Msia, xtau la nape, xmanis & xrasa cam gula melaka pon ada..huhu, so i guna brown sugar @ unrefined sugar cane/ muscovado..



BAHAN : ( +- 30biji)

8-10 helai daun pandan (blend gan air & amik jus) @ guna pes pandan + pewarna hijau
2 ketul gula melaka @ brown sugar/ muscovado sugar secukupnya
2 cawan tepung pulut
Kelapa parut secukupnya (i guna kelapa kering + sedikit air)
Secubit garam- digaulkan bersama kelapa

Didihkan air dlm periuk. Bancuh tepung bersama air daun pandan sehingga boleh diuli hingga lembut. Pastikan adunan tidak terlalu lembik dan keras. Cubit adunan sebesar guli, masukkan gula melaka yg telah dipotong kecil2 ditengah2 adunan, bulatkan, dan pastikan menutupi keseluruhan gula. Masukkan ke dalam air yg sedang mendidih. Bila bebola timbul, bolehlah diangkat, dan ditapis sebentar & di gaul dgn kelapa. Siap!

As reported by Stanford Medical, It is really the SINGLE reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh on average 19 kilos lighter than we do.

(Just so you know, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and really, EVERYTHING to about "how" they are eating.)
